We often undervalue our own kind of creativity and the benefits of the creative process.

Many people will say they are not creative, but almost everyone has an artistic outlet. You don’t need to paint a sunset or draw a straight line – you may be creative in the kitchen, on the dance floor, in the way that you dress, or plant a garden.

After a departure from the professional art world, I found my way back to creativity by making
